Our client is an established organisation looking for an experience recruitment/talent acquisition manager to join their team.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office and the rest from home.

This is a newly created standalone opportunity, which will allow the successful candidate to manage and shape the role. You will be responsible for driving talent attraction strategy, providing support and guidance to locate and attract top quality candidates. About the role

  • Ensure vacancies have the correct attraction and advertising approach.
  • Managing and delivering the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies.
  • Managing advertising for all vacancies ensuring adverts are attracting the correct candidates and talent.
  • Sourcing, screening and selecting candidates.
  • Forwarding shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.
  • Identifying ways to establish and promote brand and brand awareness.
  • Development of the candidate management system to attract candidates.Onboarding new employees.
  • Developing candidate assessment and benchmarking against competitors and best practice.
  • Providing feedback to the business on external recruitment trends and developments.Support Line Managers to define assessment and selection approaches relevant for their function.
  • Where required, liaise with external suppliers regarding temporary and permanent recruitment.

About You

  • Knowledge and experience of the full end to end recruitment process.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Experience of driving recruitment campaigns through various channels including social media / LinkedIn.
  • Ability to maintain and manage relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
