Description

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Drive and design EVP.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and report frequently on process updates.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to improve recruitment procedures and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires.
  • Promote the company's values and culture to prospective employees.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the recruitment field.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Manager should have:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally from a professional/financial services setting and/or agency.
  • Well-versed/familiar with ATS/HR systems (ideally Networx/Cascade)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
