Description
- Oversee and manage all financial operations within the region.
- Drive business performance through insightful financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial advice and support.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
- Manage and mentor a finance team.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies.
- Report on financial performance and forecasts to senior management.
Profile
A successful 'Regional Finance Manager' should have:
- Qualified either ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Experience in a similar role within the FMCG, Retail or Logistics industry.
- Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent business partnering skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Highly developed communication and collaboration skills.
