DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
-         Develop and execute financial strategies to align with the company’s goals, including budgeting and forecasting
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure the timely preparation of financial statements and management accounts, maintaining compliance with UK regulations
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Oversee cash flow management, identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving financial efficiency
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights to support informed business decisions
SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven finance experience in a senior role
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong understanding of UK financial regulations and proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience with financial software, particularly Xero, and excellent analytical skills
