- Managing the full P&L and balance sheet, ensuring strong financial controls.
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, delivering meaningful insights.
- Producing monthly management accounts and KPI reporting with commercial commentary.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic decisions and business performance.
- Leading and developing a team of four, ensuring high-quality financial reporting.
- Working closely with international teams to align financial processes and reporting.
- Overseeing marketing spend analysis, payroll reporting, and financial services reporting.
- Driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across finance.
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified, with post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in commercial finance, financial control, and business partnering.
- Experience within retail, discounting, or a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large data volumes.
- Experience using large ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and proactive in driving business performance.
- Salary £70,000 - £75,000
- Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 from home.
