Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of private client tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals and trusts.
- Provide high-quality advisory services on issues such as inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and estate planning.
- Oversee tax compliance processes to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Partners and Directors on complex tax planning assignments.
- Mentor and support junior staff members, fostering their professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in private client tax, ideally in a managerial capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
