Description

The Organisational Effectiveness Lead will:

  • Work as part of an exciting change agenda to modernise ways of working in the people arena, to increase both employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a programme of organisational design & development initiatives .
  • Take accountability for the development of an up-to-date jobs architecture and a whole business skills and capabilities framework.

Profile

The successful Organisational Effectiveness Lead should have:

  • A background in organisational effectiveness or development
  • Previous experience of designing and delivering either role architecture, or skills and capability frameworks
  • Strong influencing & stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to break down complex concepts to engage different audience groups
  • The ability to confidently lead projects end-to-end
  • A drive to collaborate and co-create with a wide range of colleagues
  • A strength in reasoned and logical decision making approaches
  • Experience of applying systems thinking in project settings
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Previous experience in delivering HR led transformation projects would be advantageous
