We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Claims Processor to join our client a private law firms dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and clerical skills, enabling them to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Duties

  • Review and process incoming claims in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Verify the accuracy of claim information and supporting documentation.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather additional information as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of claims processed, including notes on any correspondence or actions taken.
  • Identify discrepancies or issues within claims and escalate them as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of claims.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies related to claims processing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an EL/PL or RTA role is required.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficient in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
