Sales Administrator

Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of an established textiles manufacture based in Bradford. Due to growth within the business out client are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their friendly team on a permanent basis.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Take and process sales orders received via telephone, fax, email, post, and website.
- Utilise our in-house computer software to process all orders accurately.
- Handle credit card payments from non-account customers.
- Liaise with customers to resolve any queries via telephone and email.
- Coordinate with couriers regarding delivery issues and communicate effectively with internal warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy to efficiently handle order processing software.
- Excellent telephone manner to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Good numeracy skills for handling transactions and order details.
- Proficient command of English, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication.
