Reed is recruiting on behalf of an established distribution company based in Bradford, our client is looking to add a sales administrator to join their retail team. This role will support Account Managers in providing exceptional customer service and a streamlined order process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfilment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability
- Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer information in the CRM system
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth operations
- Generate and analyse sales data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
Skills:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role within the wholesale distribution industry would be desirable
