Reed is recruiting on behalf of an established distribution company based in Bradford, our client is looking to add a sales administrator to join their retail team. This role will support Account Managers in providing exceptional customer service and a streamlined order process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process sales orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfilment
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability
  • Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer information in the CRM system
  • Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth operations
  • Generate and analyse sales data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement

Skills:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
