Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Civil Sub-Agenton behalf of a international tier 1 civil engineering contractor to work on a flagship regional infrastructure project inBradford.
The project is a 100m+ highways scheme based in a city centre environment. Will be running until mid 2025. Further work in the area secured with arguably the largest pipeline of civils work of all the Tier 1 contractors with work in the region (300m+).

Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Health, safety and environmental monitoringby ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Involvement with RAMS, permits, briefings etc.
- Managing sub-contractors.
- Work with commercial team to producefinancial forecasts and final cost & value reviews.
- Managing teams of Engineers including: Graduate/Site/Section Engineers.
- Reporting to and working closely with Site Agent and Project Manager.
Experience required:
- Must have experience working asSection Engineer or Sub-Agenton civil engineering projects: highways &structures etc.
- Must have experience working as main contractor on projects 10m+.
- Industry related qualification is beneficial (HNC/HND or Degree).
- Must hold: CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTSand full driving license.
Remuneration:
A salary of up to 50,000 (dependant upon experience) plus: company vehicle, generous annual leave scheme, uplifted pension, fuel scheme, healthcare and other benefits.
