We are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business who are recruiting within their sales department for a Technical Tele Sales Executive.

Well-recognised as a market leader in the industry, our client manufactures products to bespoke specifications ensuring quality, service and delivery are at the heart of the operation. Our client supplies the whole UK and European Markets and has a further offices based in the USA making them a truly global supplier.

Due to growth, our client is looking to expand their sales team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join a warm, friendly and welcoming team.

What your day might look like

Contacting prospective customers
Account management – growing customer base & customer relationships
Generating technical quotes and following up on quotes to close the sale
Generating purchase orders
Confirming orders
Liaising with production
Updating customers on lead times and order progress
Working to sales KPIs
Attending shows and exhibitions in the UK and Overseas

What you will bring to the role

Previous Telesales experience
Ability to build relationships with ease
Experience in generating quotes using mathematical calculations
Closing the sale and generating the relevant documents
