Employee Relations and Engagement Manager - HR Department

Key Responsibilities of the Employee Relations and Engagement Manager:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR support for employees and managers.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date.
  • Line-manage the HR Assistant and Facilities Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR on exciting local and global HR projects.
  • Drive employee engagement as the dedicated champion for the EU & UK region.
  • Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to the team.
  • Manage the HR ticket system and prepare insightful monthly reports.
  • Conduct staff inductions and manage pre-employment checks.
  • Support office management duties, including health & safety compliance.

The Key Requirements of the Employee Relations and Engagement Manager:

  • Proven experience in HR operations.
  • A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong skills in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
