What you will be doing...Working closely with Senior People Business Partners, you’ll support on the delivery of our people strategy, ensuring every colleague feels valued, accepted. From talent resourcing and onboarding to training, development, and employee relations, you’ll be at the center of the colleague journey.Drive Positive Change: Work on exciting projects like transformation programs, reward strategies and health and wellbeing.Be a Trusted Advisor: Coach and advise leaders, supporting managers  through change initiatives and helping them build high-performing teams.Data-Driven HR:  You will extract and analyse data and use HR metrics to identify trends, address root causes, and build sustainable solutions that make a difference.What in it for you....

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification 
  • Proven experience as a People Advisor 
  • Strong understanding of UK Employment Law and HR practices.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives and coaching leaders.
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to engage and influence managers
