Description

  • Support the Human Resources team in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the organisation
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Handle employee relations issues, including managing absence, disciplinary and grievances upto tribunals and appeals.
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Participate in HR projects as required
  • Promote equality and diversity within the workplace

Profile

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a HR Advisory role and developing People Policies, managing employment related casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, and delivering a customer focused people advisor service.

If you have education or NHS experience this would be ideal, but not essential.

You must be CIPD to a minimum of level 5 (or working towards level 5) or hold the equivalent level of experience.

Job Offer

路 An excellent salary package 拢33,900 - 拢37,000 DOE.
