Description

  • Design and execute HR strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Assess trends and data to create effective solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Handle and resolve intricate employee relations matters.
  • Stay informed on legal requirements for employee management.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, boost productivity, and improve retention.
  • Offer ongoing performance management support to line managers.
  • Determine training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Review and track training programs to ensure effectiveness and return on investment.

Profile

A successful HRBP should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Ideally experience of partnering in a similar industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS systems).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
