Manpower Global Print & Packaging Division are currently retained on behalf of one of our prestigious partners, a leading flexible packaging company based in West Yorkshire who are looking to enrich their team with an additional customer account manager. The company offers a wealth of opportunity including future growth, training and guidance.
Your role as customer account manager will include working alongside the Area Sales Manager to look after customer needs. You will be managing customer accounts and building strong, long-term, professional relationships. You will represent your customers internally managing all their requirements. You will be tasked with sharing market and product updates and managing orders, stock, and customer relationships.
Your aim is to deliver first class customer service and increase the value of contribution from your allocated customer base.
Ideally you will have experience in account management or customer service and a technical understanding, but we prioritise the right attitude and values. If you're eager to learn and grow, we'll support you! As this role will include visiting customers, a full UK driving license will be required.
