Account Manager - Fleet Services

Office based - Leeds

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective management of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, conducting review calls and meetings in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts 
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Strategic Account Managers to identify and pursue wider growth opportunities 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse key account performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management].
  • Experience in the fleet solutions industry is a plus.
