We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Bradford. This role is pivotal in providing leadership and support to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to those in need.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Management: Oversee and support a team of Hostel Support Assistants and Support Workers, ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Service Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of programs aimed at improving the lives of individuals in our care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and ongoing professional development for team members.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and service outcomes.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a residential environment or supported housing setting.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Experience of working with individuals with addiction issues.
  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health problems.
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations relevant to residential services.
  • Working knowledge of welfare and housing benefits.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with service users.
