- Using the MOJ EL/PL Portal to manage cases.
- Building great relationships with clients and delivering top-notch service.
- Talking to opponents, experts, statutory bodies, and clients via email, phone, and letters.
- Negotiating settlements on liability and compensation.
- Chasing third parties to recover client losses when needed.
- Keeping claims records up to date, including financials, reserves, and risks.
- Following all internal, client, and legal procedures.
- Staying current with legislation and best practices by attending training sessions.
- Providing friendly and professional service to individuals representing themselves.
- Ensuring compliance with SRA/Law Society rules and promoting equality and diversity at the firm.
- A law graduateÂ
- Strong communication and IT skills.
