This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished claims professional to take ownership of the brokerage's entire claims function. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of cross-commercial claims, leveraging your expertise to ensure efficient and effective claims resolution.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior commercial claims handling role
- Proven track record of managing complex commercial claims
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance policies and claims processes
- The ability to work collaboratively with brokers, insurers, and clients
