Our client in Bradford is seeking a Senior Claims Handler. Within this long-established and highly regarded law firm, you can develop your hands-on experience managing defendant EL and PL claims.
Daily Duties
- Handling complex and high value claims
- Dealing with opponents, experts, statutory bodies and clients via e-mail, telephone and in writing
- Pursuing recovery of client’s losses from third parties
- Maintaining accurate financial and risk management information on claims
- Developing a relationship with existing and potential clients.
Required Skills
- Good IT skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- 5 years+ experience in an EL/PL claims handling role, ideally with experience of handling retail claims.
