Our client, a well known regional law firm, are recruiting for a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their team in Bradford. Due to an influx of work, the firm are looking to expand their Commercial Property offering, their ideal candidate would be a Commercial Property Fee Earner with upwards of 4 years' Commercial Property experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters to include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, lease negotiations, development projects, commercial property sales and purchases.
  • Working with a varied client base to include SMEs, large corporations and property developers.
  • Providing expert legal advice throughout the life of the case.
  • Managing a demanding caseload.
  • Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships.
  • Attending to clients in person.
  • Drafting legal documentation, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • A confident commercial property fee earner with upwards of 4 years' commercial property experience.
  • Ideally a Chartered Legal Executive, though candidates not formally qualified with significant fee earning experience are encouraged to apply.
