Education Lawyer needed in Bradford Paying £24.13 per hr Ref 5258862

Full time time on a temporary basis

Role Purpose: Provide expert legal advice and representation on education law matters, particularly focusing on SEN Tribunal work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all aspects of SEN Tribunal work, including advocacy, drafting responses, and consent orders.

  • Liaise with the SEN Tribunal, Local Authority, schools, experts, and private practice solicitors.

  • Provide advisory work to the Local Authority, members, and committees on all aspects of SEN Tribunal matters.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant education law and best practices.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents.

  • Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings.

  • Qualified education lawyer with experience in SEN Tribunal work.

  • Strong knowledge of education law and regulations will be an advantage

  • Excellent advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
