This is a super opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, to join an established, innovative law firm. This is an ideal opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant wanting to develop further technical expertise, with opportunity for progression. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be assisting a Conveyancer on a 1:1 basis. Your duties will include:

  • Working closely with the Conveyancer providing them with administrative support.
  • Preparing conveyancing documentation,
  • Utilising the Land Registry portal and search providers
  • Client care and communicating with all parties involved in the conveyancing process
  • Updating case management system
