I am currently working on behalf of a leading regional L500 firm at its Bradford office, which is looking to hire an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its team. You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role to be considered.

While working alongside a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will possess 2+ years of recent experience, dealing with the end-to-end conveyancing process.
You must have a working knowledge of sales & purchases and be able to undertake a full range of duties, from opening new files to dealing with completion & registration formalities. This includes undertaking searches, liaising with all parties, issuing sale contracts, dealing with enquiries, incoming monies and preparation of monthly bills.
Experience of new builds is advantageous.
This role will be varied and interesting, working alongside a team of Conveyancers, Conveyancing Assistants and Administrators. You will be responsible for supporting the conveyancing process and many of the key conveyancing tasks. You will be operating autonomously on many tasks.
