Service Manager - Industrial Refrigeration

Our client is a global, market-leading organisation that offers process engineering solutions for a variety of industries. It is an exciting period of growth for this business. A subsidiary of the group is now recruiting a Service Manager to join them in West Yorkshire. A market leader in heating & refrigeration installations, they supply customised total solutions, from advice and engineering to the installation and maintenance of industrial cooling and refrigeration systems.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role of the Service Manager includes typical duties of a Field Service Engineer whilst providing supervisory support to the Regional Manager including the administration, financials, people management and business development of the region. Your primary responsibility is to carry out maintenance, service and repairs on refrigerating, air conditioning and process plant, whilst at all times providing exceptional customer service.
This role requires a hands-on practical approach. You will be familiar with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Project. If you have extensive experience in industrial refrigeration, enjoy providing the highest quality services and solutions for your customers and are looking to accelerate your career in the industry, then we would like to hear from you.
