Job Title: Lead Generation executive
Location: BD2, Bradford
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Company Overview: Our client is a leading provider of Construction products, specialising in offering high-quality solutions to architects, engineers, and construction firms. They are looking to expand their telesales team to support their growing operations and drive new business. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Role Overview: The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads by cold calling architects and industry professionals, introducing our company’s services, and booking appointments for their sales executives. The role is focused on lead generation, appointment setting, and helping open doors to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to architects and industry professionals to introduce the company and its services.
- Appointment Setting: Book appointments for sales executives to meet potential clients and develop relationships.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads and pass on potential opportunities to the sales team to convert into business.
- Client Engagement: Establish strong, professional relationships with prospects and clients via telephone.
- Database Management: Maintain and update CRM with client information, contact details, and lead status.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services to effectively introduce and explain them to prospects.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and confident telephone manner, able to engage clients and build rapport quickly.
- Experience in Telesales/Cold Calling: Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is preferred, ideally within construction or a related sector.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, schedules, and tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently, with a drive to succeed and meet KPIs.
- IT Literate: Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and general office tools.
- Goal-Oriented: Focused on meeting targets and achieving results.
