Are you an experienced Production Shift Manager or Production Manager? Do you have experience running a Nightshift or in stand alone role?

We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer with a great brand who are looking for a Nightshift Manager to join the team on a Mon-Thu shift.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end to end operations of the nightshift, leading CI and Lean projects, including cost savings and waste reductions. Focus of coaching and developing the team where possible, driving a culture of improvement. Ensure food safety and H&S standards are upheld, attending key performance meetings alongside other teams and departments.

To be successful in the role you will need to have strong leadership skills, a strong background in the food industry with ideally 5-10 years management experience and experience on a night shift. You will need to have an analytical mindset and attention to detail when it comes to driving change and profitability.
