This large and friendly secondary school based near Allerton, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join the talented team. This role involves teaching Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring engaging and dynamic lessons that inspire students and support their progress in music. The ideal candidate will be a strong educator with a passion for music, committed to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. This position is full-time, beginning immediately and will continue through to the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with other staff members to deliver the music curriculum and contribute to the school’s broader performing arts program. The school has a strong commitment to fostering a holistic education, including a diverse range of extra-curricular activities that enrich students' experiences beyond the classroom. Rated ‘Good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection, the school is dedicated to upholding high standards in both academic achievement and personal development.
Requirements
The desired Music Teacher will have;
- Hold QTS in the UK
- Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels
- Confidence in teaching the current curriculum
- Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
