Our client who won an award for Top Employer 2024 is looking a candidate with freight forwarding experience in European Road Freight.

Main Duties:
- Monitoring market habits and notifying management when appropriate.
- Up selling to customers through knowledge of services and products.
- Providing a high level of customer service and support at all times when responding to customer queries.
- Dealing with customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Generating accurate rates for quotations for customers.
- Monitoring shipments from start to end ensuring the customer is informed with the appropriate information throughout.
- Maintaining and updating customer files with interactions, transactions and complaints.
- Arranging transport of goods into depot.
- Providing KPI reports to clients.
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years Road freight forwarding experience.
- Knowledge of customs clearance requirements - post Brexit.
- Successful history of building customer relationships.
- Good level of communication and negotiating skills.
