A School Administrator is required to join our Secretarial & Business Support team, providing critical administrative support in a busy and fast-paced educational environment.

Description

  • Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and record keeping.
  • Organising meetings and managing databases.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and parents.
  • Organising events and school trips.
  • Handling correspondence, complaints and queries.
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
  • Ensuring the safety and maintenance of school equipment.

Profile

A successful School Administrator should have:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience of working in a school environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
