Administration Officer - Ministry of Justice

Pay: 11.59 (paid weekly)
Job Type: Temporary until 31st March 2025 with possible extension

What Will Be Your Day to Day Responsibilities?
Administrative Officers are assigned to teams to carry out a variety of general administrative duties You will be processing Jury summons, using a bespoke IT database along with Microsoft Office products. Been on a telephone rota to answer calls to Juror with queries about their Jury service:
- Detail-oriented, possess strong organisational skills
- Delivery of excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Dealing with customer service queries and inputting data using internal systems
