Salary: £40,000 + Pension + OvertimePerm Night Shift - Monday - Thursday 6pm-6am

My client a market leading food manufacturer to all the major multiples is looking to expand its management team at its Leeds manufacturing plant. The company are an extremely well established business, with over 700 employees at their purpose built site. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to expand their current operation.

The Role
My client is looking for a night shift production supervisor to provide effective frontline management for site across production, packing and warehouse.
On a day to day basis you will ensure products are manufactured to highest possible standard of quality, efficiency & with minimal wastage.
You will also be responsible for managing KPIs whilst implementing lean manufacturing principles.
There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
