Job Description:

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for a new and challenging position? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Bradford client based in BD4! You will be working for a UK leading manufacturer, joining a small, friendly team of 4 who looks after some major accounts and prides themselves on excellent customer service!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders from an operational point of view by allocating stock, printing works orders, completing works orders, and dispatching sales orders.
  • Arranging transport through our couriers, pallet network, and planning/coordinating our own trucks.
  • Liaising with different departments to chase orders.
  • Assisting the Supply Chain Manager with some procurement activities.
  • Involvement in tracking and planning various compliance activities.
  • Data entry on internal CRM systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Admin or Production Admin position.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • IT literate - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems. Experience with Sage would be a bonus.
