Job Title: Project Manager
Location: West Yorkshire, Site visits nationwide
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum

Overview: My client is a reputable company specializing in fit-outs and refurbishments for the food retail and general retail sectors. They are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee dynamic projects ranging from £100K-£2M in value. The successful candidate will split their time between office work, site visits, and home-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, compliance, and health and safety practices.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee procurement and resource allocation for projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing projects within the food retail and general retail sectors.
- Training certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Gold or Black Card, and First Aid.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with varied scales and scopes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- 4+ years at Project Manager level
