Purchasing Administrator: Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a part-time role and like the idea of learning about purchasing and procurement?Ā Weā€™re looking for a Purchasing Administrator to support the Production Director with essential purchasing tasks for this bespoke timber window and door manufacturer.Ā GENERAL DETAILS
  • Part-time ā€“ 16 hours per week (ideally over 4 days / between office hours)
  • Office-based role, Queensbury, Bradford
  • Ā£12.21 per hour
  • Employers Pension Contributions
  • 21 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Leave days are pro-rata for 4 days. Holiday year runs from Jan-December.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Receiving and matching order confirmations
  • Checking prices against system costs
  • Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely arrivals
  • Assisting with general purchasing administration as required
What Weā€™re Looking For:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Good IT skills and previous experience of using MS Office
  • Knowledge of Sage would be helpful.
