This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience or a strong background in the driving and logistics sector who is looking to take the next step in their career.

• Managing a portfolio of clients within the driving and logistics sectors.
• Building relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for various driving roles including HGV, LGV, van drivers, and other logistics positions.
• Delivering high levels of customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction.
• Meeting targets and earning commission based on your performance.
• Growing the driving division, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the client base.

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within driving or logistics, though other recruitment backgrounds will be considered.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
