  • To ensure accurate and efficient delivery of Payment Operation processes
  • To provide high quality support to stakeholders at all times
  • To continuously review current processes, identifying improvements and working with Digital Teams to deliver a solution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Processing a variety of different invoices, accurately and efficiently.
  • Investigate invoice processing issues and the root cause of non-straight through processing.
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure fast query resolution.
  • Adhering to quality and compliance at all times.
  • Supporting Team Leaders on audit requirements to provide information and evidence as required
  • Using various communication tools including Microsoft Office, to communicate with team members and stakeholders
  • Interrogating multiple systems at the same time to complete processes and resolve queries

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Flexible and able to pick up new skills quickly
  • Attention to detail
  • Verbal Communication Skills to explain issues

DESIRABLE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Experience working within an Accounts Payable Department
  • Experience of working with Finance / Procurement systems like Oracle and APRO
  • Self-motivated and work on your own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet targets without compromising on quality
  • Interest in Automation technologies
