Behaviour Support Workers

Due to a high-level of demand from our Bradford Secondary Schools, Reed Education are urgently recruiting well rounded Support workers to join our team. We offer both long and short-term roles, as well as ad hoc, day-to-day work that can be tailored around your commitments. We work with a large number of Secondary Schools across the local authority.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will assist in providing support for individual students with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Your role will be crucial in helping students overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside of school to achieve their potential. You will implement and support positive behaviour strategies across the school, contributing to a nurturing and effective learning environment.
