About the Role:
Are you a natural leader with a passion for making a difference? We're looking for a Supported Living Manager to join a dynamic team supporting 9 individuals in a Supported living service in the Bradford area! You'll be working alongside a dedicated Team Leader and a fantastic team of support workers. If you're ready to make your mark, lead with passion, and have fun along the way, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Your mission will be to lead the service with a focus on excellence, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:
* Lead with enthusiasm, creating a positive and inclusive management culture that empowers both staff and residents.
* Play a key role in marketing the service and ensuring it runs smoothly, all while staying within budget.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the Responsible Individual, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
* Get involved in strategic planning, policy development, and continuous evaluation to keep the service at its best.
* Foster a supportive work environment, minimising risks and enhancing employee relations.
* Manage care policies, procedures, and all operational aspects of the service, from catering to maintenance.
* Ensure the service meets all legislative standards and provide hands-on leadership for day-to-day operations.
