Your new role

A successful housing association in West Yorkshire is looking for a new Head of Property on an interim basis for 3 months, with the potential for this to be extended or made permanent. Your job will be to manage the repair and maintenance service for a housing association, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality, cost-effective service. It will also be your responsibility to ensure quality health and safety and property management compliance.What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant professional qualifications e.g. RICS or equivalent experience (Desirable)
  • Degree or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Possess a driving licence and have the use of an insured vehicle for work use
  • Experience of managing a repair and maintenance function and team
  • Experience/knowledge of Health & Safety law applicable to repairs and maintenance
  • Experience of preparing and managing budgets
  • An understanding of current housing legislation and regulations
