Senior Social Workers - Adults & Children

Are you an experienced and registered Social Worker looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking dedicated Senior Social Workers to join our teams supporting both adults and children. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families, providing professional leadership and expert guidance in complex cases.

In this role, you will work closely with individuals, families, and multi-agency partners to assess needs, develop care plans, and safeguard those at risk. Whether supporting children and families in crisis or empowering adults to live independently, you will play a key role in ensuring the best outcomes. You will provide supervision and mentorship to less experienced colleagues, contribute to service development, and uphold the highest standards of practice.

To be considered, you must be a qualified and registered Social Worker with substantial post-qualification experience. A strong understanding of safeguarding, relevant legislation, and multi-agency working is essential. You will need excellent decision-making, communication, and leadership skills, along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend work, as well as the ability to travel within the community.
