Responsibilities:- Tailor support to address the unique learning requirements of students with SEN.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assist in maintaining classroom order, fostering a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
- Establish effective communication with parents, teachers, and external professionals.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the academic and social progress of students with SEN.
- Adapt teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.
- Receive competitive compensation ranging from £90 to £100, recognising your crucial role in our students' success.

- Experience working or volunteering with SEND children (preferably with autism/ADHD experience).

- A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
