Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to SEN pupils, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with SEN pupils.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
- Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
