We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Team Supervisor to join our Account Management team at our industry-leading packaging and supply chain company in Bradford. This role combines Account Management responsibilities with team supervision, offering an exciting progression opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities of a Supply Chain Team Supervisor:

  • Act as primary point of contact for an allocated portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Plan and coordinate customer requirements with production schedules and warehouse capacity, managing component supply chain
  • Lead cross-departmental communication between production, commercial, quality, warehouse, and finance to ensure operational excellence
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational challenges while maintaining project deadlines
  • Manage inventory control through stock sheets, counts, and demand forecast maintenance
  • Deputise for the Supply Chain Manager, including team management responsibilities
  • Coordinate between multiple sites to ensure smooth project delivery and production efficiency
  • Handle regular stock analysis and reporting to maintain optimal inventory levels

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record in customer support or account management
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP/SAGE preferred)
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong numerical abilities and comfort working with high volumes of data
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in FMCG or packaging industry (advantageous)
  • Team leadership / supervisory experience OR a desire to progress into this position as the next step in your career progression
