Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers about lead times and collection dates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after all deliveries.
- Organise and book transport activities using computer systems and online software.
- Create transport documents and packing lists.
- Communicate with clients and engineers via telephone and email.
- Ensure seamless coordination between various departments.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Word.
