Are you a Utilities Co-ordinator with strong Microsoft Excel experience looking for a new role? I am actively recruiting for a 'one of a kind' business that offers excellent staff perks as well as working in a beautiful office in Ashbourne. Working Monday to Friday, your role will involve the management of utilities across 30+ sites, speaking with caretakers to obtain metre readings, as well as liaising with account managers within suppliers to negotiate rates, any billing queries as well as looking at anomalies within the data provided. Offering a salary of 28-30K + fantastic benefits.

Responsibilities:

Search the market to identify the best energy suppliers in terms of cost and service
Liaise with suppliers regularly ensuring they are kept informed of any changes that may impact billing
Upload all meter readings to excel as well as supplying these to the energy suppliers by email, phone or web portals
Work closely with the property team members to ensure the meter readings are collected monthly in a timely manner to optimise invoicing and minimise the number of estimated bulls being received.
Working closely with the finance team to ensure prompt payment of bills and invoices.
Recording all data via Excel to enable you to analyse trends and any anomalies within the readings

Suitable Candidate:

Ideally you will come from a utilities background (property, rental, commercial, industrial)
Experience of working within property management would be advantageous
Minimum of 4 GCSE's all grade 4 or above - in particular Maths and English Language
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good attention to details and a challenging mindset
Excellent organisational skills
