- Proactively seek new business by prospecting new customers
- Maximise sales by continually expanding opportunities with upsell and cross selling skills
- Keep detailed communication notes via spreadsheet for your customer base
- Ensure accurate and timely quotations to build a pipeline of opportunities
- Ensure that customers are provided with accurate information in relation to their quotes, orders and queries as required
- Continually develop your product and technical knowledge of our products to ensure you remain up to date within our market

- Cold / Warm calling - Sales
- At least 1 year of experience within an internal or field sales role
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage your own time efficiently and effectively
- Excellent and confident communication skills – both verbally and written
- Identify peak periods and adapt accordingly
- Work well under pressure
- Be able to work as part of a team but also use your own initiative
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Proactive nature and resilient
- Confident speaking to new customer / clients on the phone
