We are working closely with a brilliant accountancy practice based on the outskirts of Braintree who, due to expansion, are looking to recruit a Trainee Accountant with the eagerness to progress within their practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accounts from incomplete records
- Preparation of business and personal tax tasks
- Preparation of management accounts as required
- Working and advising clients in relation to their software.
- Mentoring and reviewing work of junior staff.
- Managing a portfolio of clients
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a practice setting (not essential)
- Previous accounts experience, or a recent graduate with a finance or accounting related degree
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients.
- Drive and passion in offering a fantastic service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness and drive to progress
